Hello, Puyallup!

We tried SO hard to open our sister company, Trove Provisions, before the holidays but that definitely didn't happen.  But it's open now and we are so excited!  Trove is our brick-and-mortar retail outlet for Apolis Tea but we also have a full line of pure culinary spices and spice blends as well as tea ware, BBQ sauce, jam, baking goodies, honey, and an entire wall of chocolate because, well, who doesn't like a wall of chocolate?!

We've done other retail stores but Trove is 100% an expression of Alex and I.  We designed and built it from the ground up - from the reclaimed Douglass fir shelves, to the modular plywood panels, to the spice and tea blends in every damn jar.  We learned so much during the process (and used about every saw known to mankind, including three different band saws).  Even though we've had one day off since October 1, 2019 it has been worth it!  It has been wonderful being in Puyallup:  we have the best neighbors and the community has been so kind and supportive.
