Accounts & Orders 

All prices are FOB Sumner, Washington.  Shipping charges are added to invoice total. Orders are shipped prepaid via credit card or ACH wire transfer.  Accounts exist at the sole discretion of Paule & Page, LLC and may be closed for improper use or sale of products. 

Shipping & Returns

Our standard lead time is 3-5 business days.  We ship via UPS and USPS using whichever service is most economical.  If you have a preferred carrier or would like us to use your account, please leave a note in the comments box at checkout.  At this time we do not offer international shipping. 

 Customers are responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.  We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.  Upon receipt, examine packages and contents carefully, noting any damage or discrepancy on receiving documents.  If any occur, notify us within 48 hours of receipt and retain a photo of damaged packaging.  We will work to credit or replace merchandise as soon as possible.  Due to federal food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns even if unopened so please double-check your orders before placing.  Notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
