OTHER FINE PRINT:  If you receive items that are damaged in transit, please take a picture of the exterior and interior of the package and notify us right away (within 24 hours of receipt). We will replace the product or credit you for damaged product at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Here is a list of things we are NOT responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages. This sucks and people can be total dirt bags but if a shipment is shown as "delivered" by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.
  
  
• Incorrect addresses. The address you enter is automatically uploaded to the shipping label and we won't know it's incorrect until the package is returned to us. If packages are returned we will contact you and you will have the option to A) reship at your expense (sorry, but we hope you understand), or B) receive a refund for non-food items.
  
  
• Your personal preferences. We hope you looooooove everything we carry but if you don't we are truly sorry! We will always make recommendations to the best of our ability but there is a teeny tiny chance you just won't care for something.

Due to federal food regulations we cannot legally resell any food product that leaves our warehouse and, therefore, can offer no refunds for returned tea.  Obviously, this doesn't apply if there's something wrong with it or we sent you the wrong thing.
