Make this refreshing tea cooler with black or green tea - equally good either way! The recipe here is for black tea, if you make it with green tea use less grapefruit juice.Ingredients:
- Brewed iced tea
- Unsweetened grapefruit juice
- Thai basil leaves & sprigs
- Simple syrup (optional)
Directions: Fill a pint glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 2-3 Thai basil leaves. Add iced, 1.5 oz pink grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup and 8 oz iced tea. Shake until frosty; pour into pint glass and garnish with a sprig of basil.
