Returns & Resolutions

We stand behind what we make. If something arrives damaged, photograph the exterior and interior packaging and reach out within 24 hours of delivery — we'll work out a replacement or credit from there.

A few things that fall outside what we can make right:

Lost or stolen packages. Once a carrier marks an order delivered, it's outside our hands. Some packages are insured against theft so please get in touch and if we can file a claim or help in any way, we will.

Address errors. Labels are generated exactly from what's entered at checkout. If a package comes back to us undelivered, we'll reach out — you can choose to have it reshipped at your cost, or receive a refund on non-food items.

Taste. We put a lot of care into what we source and how we describe it, but tea is personal. We'll always do our best to point you toward something you'll connect with — and if we miss, we're sorry. We can't accept returns on food products, but we're happy to talk through it.

Shipping is non-refundable.
